An Australian Supreme Court found Dylan Deblaquiere, 20, and Daniel McDonald, 21, guilty of using Skype in offensive manner to broadcast footage of having sex with fellow woman official.
The former ADFA cadets admitted that McDonald had consensual sex with the female cadet as his six friends watched through a webcam in Deblaquiere's room on March 2011, The Age reports.
However, the defence argued that the woman cadet knew about the broadcast and had agreed to it.
The court heard that the woman cadet after returning to her room found a Facebook message accidently sent to her by McDonald which said that McDonald had set up a webcam for other boys in other room to see.
However, when she asked McDonald, he assured her that there was no webcam setup which the defendant argued was a mutually decided broadcast.
The report said that the two male cadets were granted bail on the condition they do not contact or approach the woman and will be sentenced in October.
