Sources claim that Rajaratnam is reining like a king compared to other inmates with a personal 'manservant' at his beck and call.
According to New York Post, the financial felon is staying in a prime cell in Unit P3, the top floor of the Devens' hospital ward, which is usually reserved for the most seriously ill inmates.
The sources said that his manservant, an American Samoan named Eddie has the main job of pushing wheelchair-bound prisoners and got himself transferred to P3 after befriending Rajaratnam.
The manservant cooks for Rajaratnam using a nearby microwave when he doesn't want to go to the dining hall.
Rajaratnam's legal team had claimed that he is very ill and asked the judge for a lenient sentence and the medical records showed that he has diabetes and might need a kidney transplant.
However, sources said that diabetes is like common cold at the hospital and sicker people should get better treatment instead of Rajaratnam.
The report added that the prisoners at the facility include Boston bombing suspect, Dzokhar Tsarnaev.
