LFW 2013: Eshaani Jayaswal unveils collection

Mumbai, Aug 27 : Fashion designer Eshaani Jayaswal presented a gorgeous collection titled 'Musings from a Mural' inspired by water colour art at the Tata Nano Talent Box on Day 4 (Monday) of the Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) Winter/Festive 2013 in Mumbai.

The collection showcased a range of bouffant and cocktail dresses, trousers, peplum jackets, boleros and slender gowns in shades of aquamarine, periwinkle blue, angelic white, blush peach, and seductive black along with pastel tones for a fresh, feminine appeal.

Working with luxurious fabrics starting with tulle, silks, georgettes, satins, nets and velvets, the silhouettes worked as individual art pieces - with the main fabric being adored with splashes of colours and appliques, which took floral forms.

Further embellishments included beads, faux pearls and gold accents, which helped add sparkle and shine to the floral work for an added edge.
