Chris Brown let off alleged nightclub attack due to 'insufficient evidence'

Washington, August 26 : Chris Brown has reportedly been let off the nightclub assault case and won't be prosecuted for allegedly attacking a female at an O.C. bar in June


Deanna Gines had claimed that the 24-year old record artist had violently shoved her down at Heat Ultra Lounge which resulted in a serious damage to her knee, but her claims were rubbished by the Anaheim City Attorney has dismissed the case citing insufficient evidence, TMZ.com reported.

Brown and the club's owner had said that her claims were false as videos of her walking around on her "injured" leg minutes after the alleged incident emerged.
