The Audi Q3 S Edition is priced at Rs 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi) and will be available at all Audi dealerships across India from end of August.
"Our customer feedback revealed a growing inclination of our younger customers towards a more engaging drive. Audi Q3 S edition is our answer to the ever increasing demand for luxury mobility with the thrill of self-controlled driving," said Michael Perschke, head Audi India.
The Audi Q3 S Edition features a four-cylinder 2.0 TDI engine coupled with a six-speed manual transmission which delivers a fuel economy of 17.32 km per litre.
The company also launched online booking engine called Audi Q3 S Edition online for its vehicles.
Audi on Monday inaugurated a new dealership in New Delhi.
The company plans to expand its dealerships to 34 centres, from the current status of 27, by the end of the year.
Audi on Monday also announced the launch of 'Audi Club India', which the company claims to be first of its kind initiative in the luxury car industry in India.
Audi Club India is designed as a platform for Audi customers to come together, interact with like-minded individuals and enjoy a host of benefits.
Michael Perschke inducted three honorary members into the Audi Club including former Indian soccer captain Baichung Bhutia, leading lady golfer Sharmila Nicollet and Audi race talent Aditya Patel.
The members will be able to enjoy a host of privileges in other brands like Abercrombie and Kent, Trident and Olive Bar and Kitchen, which have partnered with Audi for the initiative.
The company also unveiled a range of sports cars in India including Audi R8 V10+, Audi RS 5, Audi S6 and Audi TT models at the recently concluded Delhi Couture Week (DCW) 2013.
