The event witnessed the presence of Padmashri Anup Jalota ji, who also lent his voice to the soulful bhajans.
Although the event was primarily focused on the elderly, the doors to spirituality were open for one and all, the organisers said.
Sanjeev Gupta, a devotee of Mamtamai Shri Radhe Guru Maa and a member of the trust, said, "Our trust supports various institutions like Aadhar with food grains and snacks, free medical - dental, food, heart checkup, free cataract operation, medicines, distribution of sewing machine, laptops, stationery, also clothes distribution."
"We also organise pilgrimages for old age home residents to spiritual locations nearby. However, we believe that it is not enough to feed, clothe and care for the body. The heart and soul also require nourishment. It is equally important to address one's spiritual longing. Which is why we routinely organise bhajan sandhyas in old age homes," Gupta said.
"Guru Maa says that Narayana resides in all hearts. We are happy that Aadhar Old Age Home has given us an opportunity to serve the senior citizens and through them helped us to serve guru and God," he added.
