Speaking on the occasion, Abhinav Shukla, Director and Co-founder Nautanki Films said, "We're very happy to have Shah Rukh and Deepika be a part of our show. Madhubala is a show that has its roots in Bollywood and we're always trying to ensure that all the content seen on the show is relevant."

With 300 episodes under its belt, Madhubala saw Shah Rukh and Deepika on their sets on Monday for the shoot of one of the episodes.
With a film related script carefully woven into the larger perspective of the storyline, the episode will feature the two stars join in a celebration on the sets. The episode will air on Colors TV in the first week of August.
