L and T Hydrocarbon bags Rs 1000 crore order

Mumbai, July 2 : L and T Hydrocarbon on Tuesday said it has secured an order of over Rs.1000 crore to construct a paraxylene plant for a leading refinery in India.


L and T Hydrocarbon provides complete design-to-build engineering and construction solutions for the oil and gas sector.

The company signed a memorandum of understanding to execute composite construction works, including civil, mechanical and erection and installation, for the project.

"L and T will mobilise about 25,000 workmen and 600 staff for the project which will be executed over a period of 30 months," the company said in a statement.
