Policeman killed, two injured in Pakistan suicide attack

Islamabad, March 30 : One policeman was killed and two others injured when suicide bombers targeted a police vehicle in Mardan city of Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province Saturday morning, reported Xinhua citing local media.

Two suicide bombers hurled a hand grenade on a police vehicle in Katlang bazaar area, reported Express TV Upon being chased by the policemen, one of them blew himself up and the other escaped but was shot dead during a search operation in the area.

The hand grenade attack injured three policemen who were shifted to a nearby hospital where one of them succumbed to injuries, said the report.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
