Angelo Mathews to lead Pune Warriors in IPL-6

Mumbai, March 28 : Pune Warriors India Thursday announced Sri Lankan all rounder Angelo Mathews as their captain for the sixth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).


Mathews, who has been part of the Pune Warriors outfit for the past two years, is also the captain of the Sri Lanka national team for One Day Internationals (ODIs) and Tests.

Pune Warriors also announced the coaching staff for the team with Allan Donald named the head coach. Rob Walters joins the team as a fitness trainer and the fielding coach. Praveen Amre will continue to be the assistant coach.
