The beds are limited- only 60 will be made - and will each take 700 hours of labour. It has curled Latin American horse tail, pure Mongolian cashmere, and 2575km of specially-woven silk, The Courier-Mail reported.
The companies managing director Alistair Hughes told CNBC that the bed was about ensuring a good sleep and you could also have your family crest, initials or emblem embroidered into the mattress by the Royal School of Needlework.
The 17th and 18th century inspired British beds will be unveiled at Kensington Palace on Thursday.
