Golden Globes:'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' wins best TV comedy

Los Angeles, Jan 13 : "Brooklyn nine-nine", single-camera series, has won the Golden Globe for best TV series comedy. The awards function is being held here.


Set in the fictional 99th precinct of New York City Police Department in Brooklyn, the focus is on an immature detective and his relationship with his strict new captain. It stars Andy Samberg and Andre Braugher, among others.

The other contenders included "The Big Bang Theory" and "Modern Family".
