Mumbai, Jan.11 : Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh has laid the foundation stone for the Hadron Therapy Centre in Mumbai to provide focused radiation therapy to cancer patients.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Singh said it was the first such facility in India.
