Nissan unveils new face of iconic London cab

Washington, Jan 7 : Nissan has given a new and stylish face to the classic London taxi, with a new black paint job, rounder headlights, a remodeled grille, and new front bumpers.

According to the Verge, the company claims that the cab's brand new look, which is based on Nissan's NV200 model, will make it instantly recognizable as one of the capital's iconic black cabs.

The gasoline-powered version of the black cab, which will be available in December 2014, was created after interviewing local cab drivers and determining what was important to them as well as to the customers.
