Steven Seagal considering to run for governor of Arizona

London, Jan 5 : Action star Steven Seagal is considering running for the governor of Arizona, it has been revealed.

The 61-year-old actor has had talks about a bid for the state's highest office with the self-proclaimed toughest sheriff in America, Joe Arpaio, Sky News reported.

If Seagal is successful, he would follow the footsteps of Arnold Schwarzenegger, who served two terms as Governor of California between 2003 and 2011.
