Vice President greets citizens on New Year

New Delhi, Dec 31 : Indian Vice President M. Hamid Ansari on Tuesday greeted the citizens for a happy and healthy new year 2014.


In his message, Ansari said: "I convey my greetings and best wishes to all our citizens for a happy and healthy New Year 2014. May the coming year shower us with peace, harmony and optimism in our midst."

"As we celebrate the end of one year and beginning of another, let us resolve to work together towards building a strong, united and prosperous India," he said.
