Tom Cruise not starring in 'The Magnificent Seven' remake

Washington, December 28 : Tom Cruise has reportedly dropped out of a planned remake of 'The Magnificent Seven' due to conflicts regarding scheduling.


The ' ' star, who had signed on to feature alongside Matt Damon as one of the gang of gunslingers, withdrew from the project, Contactmusic reported.

According to TheWrap.com, 'The Blind Side' director John Lee Hancock has been recruited to rewrite the script for the film.
