People still feel stigma with dating apps' growing popularity: study

Washington, December 28 : A new study has revealed that people still feel some stigma when it comes to using a dating website.

The research done by Pew has revealed that 21 percent of the Internet users agree with the statement that people who use online dating sites are desperate, the Washington Post reported.

The research also found that 11 percent of American adults have used online dating sites or mobile apps, and among internet users who were currently single and looking for a partner, 38 percent had tried online dating.
