Guwahati, Dec 27 : Kamatapur Liberation Organisation (KLO) on Friday clarified they were not involved in the bomb blast incident at Paharpur Bazar nearby the BDO office in Jalpaiguri town of North Bengal on Dec 26, where five people were killed and nine others were injured.

The outfit warned to the West Bengal Police not play hide and seek with the innocent people in the name of KLO.

In a press release, Kailash Koch, General Secretary of KLO, said: "The West Bengal Police have been trying to create misunderstanding among the Kamatapuri people by blaming us. They want to hide their inhuman activities," the KLO leader said.

"December 26 is particularly very important and memorable as the Martyrs' Day of the KLO," the KLO leader said.

The KLO said the WB Police have been trying to defame the organisation.
