Sex case: AK Ganguly writes to CJI

New Delhi, Dec 23 : Retired Supreme Court judge AK Ganguly, who is accused of sexually harassing a law intern, has written to Chief Justice of India (CJI) P Sathasivam on the issue.

According to reports on Monday, Justice Ganguly has complained that his side of the story is not being heard. He also protested against Additional Solicitor General (ASG) Indira Jaising making public the statement of the law intern.

Attorney General (AG) of India GE Vahanvati on Friday submitted his report to the Law Ministry and said that there is a prima facie case against Justice Ganguly for sexually harassing the law intern.

He has reportedly suggested that the government should advice President Pranab Mukherjee that the case against Justice Ganguly should investigated by a Supreme Court appointed committee.
