Honey Singh to perform in Kolkata

Kolkata, Dec 19 : Young Indian rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh, acclaimed for his sensational new song 'Lungi Dance' dedicated to the Indian popular actor Rajinikanth in the Shahrukh Khan starrer Chennai Express, is all set to take the Kolkata music lovers for a musical ride.


Honey Singh, popularly known as Yo Yo Honey Singh is all set to perform live this Christmas on Dec 25 in Aquatica, here.

Backed by his team, Mafia Mundeer, the Honey Singh live concert in Kolkata is expected to be flooded by over 5,000 music lovers swaying to the beats.

The programme will also have a live laser show and a dance performance by Fire & Wave dance group along with DJ Dippy and DJ Felix to simply rock the crowd.

The recipient of numerous prestigious musical awards, Yo Yo Honey Singh is also popular as the highest paid young singer in Bollywood.



Yo Yo Honey Singh is a versatile musical genius who is prominent as a rapper, mixer, music producer, singer and actor, who has worked with almost all the big wigs in the country like Shahrukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Himesh Reshamiya, etc., in a very short span since his entry into Indian Cinema.

Meanwhile, his recent release Blue Eyes, has got close to 15 million hits already and the singer is eager to croon this number for his Kolkata fans.

Expressing his views, Yo Yo Honey Singh said, "My song Blue Eyes is exactly the kind of conversation a 21 or 22-year-old guy will have with the girl he likes. I can't wait to sing it live for my Kolkata fans. I hope that I make it a night to remember for the city."
