UK Foreign Secretary to visit India from Nov.7 to 9
British Foreign Secretary William Hague will undertake an official visit of India from November 7 to November 9.
A Ministry of External Affairs press release said on Tuesday that during his stay in New Delhi, Hague will hold talks with External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid on November 8.
Both sides would discuss bilateral, regional and international issues of mutual interest.
India and the United Kingdom enjoy a strategic partnership since 2004 which has been marked by regular high level exchanges and growing cooperation in diverse areas.
Bilateral relations go beyond trade and commerce with increasing focus on cooperation in the fields of science and technology, education, space and defence technology, civil nuclear cooperation, counter terrorism and green energy initiatives.
