The All India Forward Bloc (AIFB) today demanded a white paper on the revenue accumulated by the public sector oil marketing giants in the country.
Talking to reporters here, National Secretary G Devarajan said people wanted to know about the revenue of major petroleum marketing companies as they were hiking fuel prices quite often claiming they were making huge loss.
The fact was that they had not registered losses but the profit had declined if the annual balance sheets were any indication.
Stating the country exported 14 petroleum products out of the 25 per cent of the total crude oil available in the country, he said people would also like to know about the details on this count.
On the ISRO spy case, Mr Devarajan said his party favoured a comprehensive probe into the issue.
Regarding AIFB's inclusion in the CPI (M)-led Opposition Left Democratic Front, he said it hoped that paprty the coalition would fullfill their promise soon.
