Now, 'Hot Tub' boat that lets you cruise lazily down river in comfort
A company in Netherlands has tried to give cruisers the ultimate river boating experience with the HotTug - a small motor boat that doubles as a hot tub.
The 'Hot Tub,' is powered by a steam wood-burning stove to heat the water and a propeller engine to keep you sailing merrily down the stream.
The boat can contain up to 2,000 litres of water and comes with either an integrated electric motor or an outboard model and takes about three hours to get the water up to the required heat, the Daily Mail reported.
The creators said that the water can be "as warm as you want, but average people find a comfortable temperature of 38C and that is no problem for the HotTug heater."
Available for rent and buy, the hot tub boat is made from wood and fitted with glass-fiber reinforced polyester, measuring 240cm by 380cm by 110 cm.
When used as a regular boat, eight people can enjoy a sail. Add hot water to the mix, and six people can still enjoy a mobile bath.
The boat, without motors or a stove costs around 7,200 pounds. Throw in the stove and other equipment and the price is around 13,000 pounds.
