The southwest Monsoon has been vigorous over Assam, Meghalaya, Marathwada, Vidarbha and coastal Karnataka.

It has been active over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Konkan and Goa. It has weakened over Uttar Pradesh, west Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

In the regions from where the southwest Monsoon has been withdrawn, the day temperatures were above normal in some parts of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan. They were normal over the rest of the regions.

The night temperatures were below normal in some parts of Haryana. They were above normal in some parts of Himachal Pradesh. They were normal over the rest of regions.

Heavy to very heavy rains may occur at most places in Assam and Meghalaya, and at many places in Arunachal Pradesh. Heavy rains are likely to occur at many places in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.

Rain or thundershowers would occur at many places in West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Konkan, Goa, Telangana and coastal Karnataka. They are likely to occur at a few places in Bihar, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh, north interior Karnataka and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

They may occur at isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Gujarat, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, south interior Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

Mainly dry weather will prevail over west Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan.

They had occurred at a few places in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Himachal Pradesh, east Madhya Pradesh and Madhya Maharashtra. They had also occurred at isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Gujarat, coastal Andhra Pradesh, south interior Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

Mainly dry weather prevailed over west Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, west Madhya Pradesh, Rayalaseema and Tamil Nadu.
