The police have also recovered the vehicle in which the 16-year-old girl was kidnapped in broad daylight on September 24, Zonal Inspector General of Police Nirmal Singh Dhillon today said.
According to the IGP, the aides of the Brar, Varinder alias Dhalla and Pardeep alias Popy, residents of Moga, were arrested in a joint operation by the Faridkot and Moga police last evening.
Acting on a tip-off, police conducted raids at Brar's possible hideouts in Ludhiana, Chandigarh and Mohali.
