The south-west Monsoon has been vigorous over Assam and Meghalaya, while active over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.

It has weakened over Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, south interior Karnataka and Kerala.

Heavy to very heavy rains may occur at most places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, and at many places in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.

Heavy rains are likely to occur at many places in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Rain or thundershowers would occur at a few places in Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Konkan, Goa, north Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Andhra Pradesh, coastal Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

They are likely to occur at isolated places in Haryana, east Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, south Madhya Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and interior Karnataka.

Heavy to very heavy rains had occurred at most places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, and at many places in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.

Heavy rains had occurred at most places in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and at a few places in Orissa and coastal Andhra Pradesh.

Rain or thundershowers had occurred at a few places in Jharkhand,west Uttar Pradesh, Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rayalaseema. They had also occurred at isolated places in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram,Tripura, Gengetic West Bengal, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, east and west Rajasthan, east and west Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

Mainy dry weather prevailed over Bihar, east Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Kerala and Lakshadweep.
