Koel unveils Panasonic puja offers 
Keeping in mind all the groups of buyers, Panasonic launched its festival offers nationwide in their campaign titled 'Celebrations for Life' with Tollywood actress Koel Mullick gracing the occasion in Kolkata on Wednesday.
The Managing Director, Consumer Product Division, Panasonic India , Manish Sharma announced some lucrative offers for the eastern region in India to celebrate the festivals in a more colourful way.
As the two big festivals like Durga Puja and Diwali are round the corner, Manish Sharma said there are various products that have been incorporated in the festival offer 'Celebrations for Life' which the people can avail from Sept 21 to Nov 18.
According to Sharma, though presently the country is going through a very bad economic patch, Panasonic India has managed to increase their sales by 62pc resulting in a good profit.
It said in eyes a turnover of Rs 150 crores approximately in the next months.
The MD said a large varieties of products have been introduced in this period, and amongst them the beauty range products like hair straightners, hair dryers etc. are in great demand especially by the female consumers.
He said it helped to raise the sales of these items by 25pc this year.
Other electronics goods like air-conditioners, LED 3D televisions, digital cameras, camcorders, washing machines, refrigerators are some highly appreciated products of Panasonic, he said.
Brand Ambassador Koel Mullick promised the customers some temptating and exciting gifts like Bollywood hungama voucher worth Rs 10000, Panasonic rice cookers, home theatre systems, 4 GB micro SD cards etc if they buy certain products.
Koel delightedly launched the alluring offers.
She said: "I personally love Panasonic because it takes care of the consumer and does not burn a hole in pocket. Durga Puja is round the corner so it is the right time to buy the products with world class technologies and avail of exciting offers."
In a candid chat she expressed her puja special plans, as it would be the last Durga Puja, before her marriage.
Koel said she will be celebrating it in a different way with her family and would be hubby, producer Nispal Singh Rane.
She said from next year on, she will also be participating in Sindur Khela as a newly wed bride like other married women.
