Diana Hayden promotes her grooming book
Former Miss World Diana Hayden spilled the beans on the secret of being groomed and glamorous at the promotion and reading of her book "A Beautiful Truth: The Art of Grooming For Women" here recently.
Young FICCI Ladies Organization organised the book reading session with Diana Hayden
at a restaurant in South City Mall on Friday.
According to her the world of glamour needs elegance, demands confidence and that would eventually invite applauds, bring in praise and set a yardstick.
Diana Hayden penned this book in two and a half years gathering from all acquaintances and refusing film offers, she said.
She said hard work takes a person to the light of knowledge.
Diana said femininity is a beauty given by God and women should not lose it.
"Whatever I have written is reflection of my life. I have faced many troubles in my life and the way I have been able to overcome it is explained in this book," she said.
The book offers many tricks and tips through which a woman can develop confidence with an honest soul and attain success, she said.
"Most importantly, the book is about understanding what you need versus what you have been told to want," she said.
The book extracts the best of Diana's grooming lectures, workshops, and research information, backed by hundred of sketches, diagrams and photographs.
"There are many aspects that can empower a woman, and grooming definitely helps to build up confidence. It gives an added confidence," she said.
She said what she loves the most about India is value, the middle class values, and the culture.
