Serena Williams sparks romance rumours with French coach
Serena Williams has set the rumour mill spinning after she was spotted on the streets of Valbonne with her coach, Patrick Mouratoglou, this week.
Mouratoglou runs a tennis academy in France and has been working with Williams since the French Open earlier this summer.
"She said, 'I want to win Wimbledon, I want to start now.' That's simple. That's how it started," the New York Daily News quoted Mouratoglou as saying.
After teaming up professionally with Mouratoglou, Williams went on to win Wimbledon, gold at the Olympics, and the US Open.
But rumors are now circulating that the 30-year-old may be winning in her personal life as well, with French tennis site PKTennis reporting, "Mouratoglou and Williams are seeing each other."
The couple "lovey" photos from the Riviera town of Valbonne, France are certainly doing nothing to stop these rumors.
In one shot, Williams and Mouratoglou stand cheek-to-cheek, looking at listings posted in the window of an international properties storefront.
Williams has her arm deep inside Mouratoglou's pocket in a way that suggests romance.
Another shot shows the potential couple walking away from the realtor, still close by with Mouratoglou's arm apparently around Williams.
