MTS unveils three new smartphones

Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) that nationally operates its telecom services under the MTS brand, on Wednesday announced the launch of three Android based Smartphones - MTS MTag 351, MTS MTag 352 and MTS MTag 281.

Priced in the range of Rs. 5499 to Rs 7499, the new additions to the MTS Smartphone range run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and come bundled with 'Unlimited' data plans.

With this latest launch, the company has now brought four new Android Smartphones to the market in the last 60 days, having earlier launched the MTS MTag 401.

Leonid Musatov, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, MTS India, said: "With the launch of these three Smartphones, we have now brought four new Android Smartphones in less than two months. MTS now offers a comprehensive range of Android Smartphones for discerning, on the move, tech savvy youth."

MTS MTag 351 is packed with a 8.89cms (3.5") 320X480 (HVGA) pixel display with capacitive touch and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The Smartphone is powered by the advanced 800 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 Processor and comes with a 1300 mAh battery.

MTS MTag 352 comes with a stylish silver frame and sports a large 8.89cms (3.5") 320X480 (HVGA) pixel display with capacitive touch. MTS MTag 352 runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and comes pre-bundled with exciting applications.

The Smartphone is powered by the advanced 800 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 Processor and comes with a large 1400 mAh battery.

MTS MTag 281 packs a 7.11 Cm (2.8") 240X320 (QVGA) pixel display with capacitive touch and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The Smartphone is powered by the advanced 800 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 Processor and comes with a 1200 mAh battery.
