Police books 1 for violating Copyright Act in Punjab
Fatehgarh Sahib, Jul 6 : The Sirhind police has booked one person for violation of Copyright Act.
On the complaint of Gyan Singh of Indian Music Industry, Chandigarh, the police has registered the case against Harpreet Singh of Gurdev Nager, Sirhind under various sections of Copyright Act.
Gyan Singh alleged that Harpreet Singh illegally sold his company's songs after downloading them.
