Greek TU Leader to address meet
Kannur, Kerala Mar 19 : Greek trade union leader George Mavrikos, who is also the general secretary of the World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) at Athens, Greece would address the CITU National Conference here on April 8.
A CITU release said here today said world trade union leaders and International labour organizations (ILO) delegates would attend the 14th CITU All India Conference from April 4 to 8 here.
CITU President A K Padmanabhan, General Secretary Tapan Sen,CPI(M) leaders Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, Dr K Hemalahta, Elamaram Kareem, Anathalavattam Anandan and ILO delegates would address the CITU conference. Delegates from 26 states and Union territory of Andaman would attend the conference.
