US treasury secretary to visit China
Beijing, March 18 : US Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew will visit China March 19-20, said authorities.
"China welcomes Lew's visit," said the finance ministry in a press release Monday.
During the visit, Lew will meet Chinese leaders and hold talks with senior government officials, reported Xinhua.
Lew, a former White House Chief of Staff, succeeded Timothy Geithner, and his nomination was confirmed by US Senate last month.
