Youth stoned to death in Nagpur
Nagpur, Mar 14: An 18-year-old youth was stoned to death by his close friend, under jurisdiction of Tehsil police station, in the city today.
The deceased was identified as Taj Mohammad Ansari, resident of Dobi Nagar at Mominpura.
Prima facie, the motive behind the crime may be a love triangle between the deceased, his friend Mohammad Jumman and a girl. The friend was allegedly jealous of the girl's affair with the deceased, police said.
An offence under section 302 of the IPC has been registered at Tehsil Police Station and suspected accused has been taken into custody for questioning, they added.
