Villager killed in East Champaran
Motihari, Mar 12 : A villager was killed with a sharp-edged weapon at Raghunathpur village under Sugauli police station area in East Champaran district late last night.
Police said here today that one Tarachand Shah, a resident of Raghunathpur village, was killed with a sharp-edged weapon by criminals late last night and his body was dumped near a school in the same locality.
"On the basis of information provided by local people, the body was recovered this morning," police said, adding that raids were being carried out to nab the criminals. The body had been sent for postmortem, police further added.
