Footie ace Vinnie Jones wants to try hand at comedy
London, Mar. 4 : Vinnie Jones, who has made a name for himself playing hardmen, has said that he would like to play a comedy role.
He told the Sun that as he is producing stuff now so maybe he will offer himself something.
The former Wimbledon midfielder will hit the TV screens this week in US with Sherlock Holmes drama 'Elementary.'
The 48-year-old footballer turned actor plays a vicious British criminal called M, who tracks the iconic detective from London to New York in the series.
M has been likened to Holmes' enemy Moriarty but speaks a stream of distinctly British phrases like "the Arsenal" and "being banged up in Brixton."
Elementary also stars Lucy Liu and fellow British actor Jonny Lee Miller.
