By John Edwards, Panaji, Feb 28 : Justice (Retd) R M S Khandeparkar will take over as Chairman of the Goa State Police Complaints Authority, over two months after his predecessor stepped down from the post. Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar told reporters that the appointment was approved by the Chief Justice of Bombay High Court. A notification of the appointment would be released shortly. The former chairman Justice (retd) Eurico Santana da Silva had submitted his resignation to Governor Bharat Vir Wanchoo on Jan 25, 2013, which was accepted.
