Kolkata, Feb 22 : The Border Security Force (BSF) Friday seized narcotics worth Rs.75 lakh and a home-made pistol from West Bengal's North 24 Parganas district while it was being smuggled to Bangladesh.
Personnel of the BSF's South Bengal Frontier seized 150 gms of a substance suspected to be heroin along with the firearm from Jayantipur in the district, a BSF release said.
However, no arrest has been made.
