Goa CM assures sufficient funds allocation
By John Edwards, Panaji, Feb 20 : Notwithstanding the economic crisis in Goa, Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Wednesday assured to grant 'sufficient' funds for all projects in the ensuing budget session of the legislative assembly. "There will be enough funds for all projects. I won't say that I will be able to give more than sufficient but there would be sufficient," he said at a press conference after a cabinet meeting. The month long budget session is slated to begin on March 18.
Goa's biggest revenue generating Mining industry faced a closure since September 2012.
