Becks 'used body double in new undie ad'
London, Feb 8 : David Beckham's rear was substituted by a body double in the new TV advert for his underwear line, it has been revealed.
The Guy Ritchie-directed advert kicks off with Paris St Germain's latest signing waving goodbye to his three sons in his dressing gown, only for it to be shut in the door of the car.
He sprints off in pursuit, vaulting over tall hedges and running through a tennis court - wearing just a pair of H and M boxer shorts.
But midfield legend Beckham is brought down from behind by a schoolboy error.
In one shot, the tatts on his right arm disappear, and his shoulders become broader.
And in a promotional still, a bare-chested lookalike can be seen lurking behind Becks as he relaxes between takes, the Mirror reported.
This might not be so embarrassing for the 37-year-old footie star if he hadn't claimed it was all his own work.
He said in an interview: "It was good fun playing an action hero for the day, getting to do all the stunts and ending up in unexpected situations."
