BSE Sensex at three-week-low
Mumbai, Feb 4 : The BSE Sensex fell 0.15 percent on Monday after disappointing earnings and profit taking struck prominent stocks.
The 30-share benchmark index ended 30.00 points lower at 19,751.19 with 20 of its components closing in the red.
The broader 50-share National Stock Exchange (NSE) Nifty index ended 0.59 percent or 35.85 points lower at 5,998.90 on Thursday.
A rebound by last session unexpected losers Tata Motors and Ultractech Cement offset a potentially deeper dent in investor sentiment.
Meanwhile in the New Delhi bullion market, gold fell Rs 50 to settle at Rs 30,750 per 10 grams while silver lost Rs 395 to Rs 58,305 per kg.
