CM for ban on 'incandescent' bulbs to save power in J and K
Jammu, Feb 4 : Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister OmarAbdullah today advocated ban on incandescent bulbs to saveenergy and avoid power losses.

He said that he would move a proposal seeking ban in a bid to save energy and avoid power losses.
