New Delhi, Jan 30 : Several activists demanding steps to make the Yamuna river pollution free will organise a march from Vrindavan to Delhi in March.

Yamuna Rakshak Dal, a group working for pollution free Yamuna, said in a statement today that the march will start on March 1.

The organisation demanded that 70 per cent Yamuna's clean water be released from Haryana's Hathini Kund barrage and the sewage lines in Delhi which have been falling in the river should be diverted.

The statement said about one lakh people will take part in the march.
