Criminal case registered against KCR for inflammatory speech
Guntur, Jan 29 : Criminal cases, under various sections, were registered against Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) President K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) in Arandal Pet police station, here today for his inflammatory and derogatory speech yesterday
Samaikyandhra leaders led by Md Idayat met Deputy Superintendent of police K Venkateswara Rao and lodged a complaint against KCR against his inflammatory and derogatory remarks yesterday, in Hyderabad, in which he made nasty remarks against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh
A case under sections 153/B, 504, and 506 IPC was registered against K C R
Talking to media, MD Idayat said MIM leader Akbaruddhin Owaisi, and seer Paripurnanadha Swamy were arrested for making inciting speeches, and on the same lines Chandrasekhar Rao should be arrested
In Vijayawada, former MLA and Congress party leader Adusumilli Jayaprakash lodged a complaint in Machavaram police station against K Chandrasekhar Rao for his derogatory remarks against the Prime Minister
However, the police was taking legal opinion to register a case against KCR, police said. Talking to me media, Mr Jayaprakash alleged that KCR incited hatred between the people of two regions
Meanwhile, Samaikyandhra students organisation released wall posters today in Guntur for the massive public meeting, Vidyardhi Garghana, to be held here on February 1, opposing creation of separate Telangana state
The lawyers in Narasarao Pet and Bapatla boycotted courts in support of united Andhra Pradesh today.
