T-row, T-MPs to submit resignations to Sonia tomorrow
Hyderabad, Jan 29 : Mounting pressure from Telangana protagonists for their resignations from their posts, the Telangana Congress MPs today decided to submit their resignations to party high command Sonia Gandhi tomorrow at New Delhi
Talking to reporters, the MPs, who met at the Kesavara Rao's residence over Telangana row here, said they would go ahead with their move and reach New Delhi tomorrow to submit their resignations -- both from the Lok Sabha and the party-- to Congress Chief
The MPs said they received a call from Congress leader and Union Minister Vayalar Ravi asking them to come to the national capital to discuss the Telangana issue
There were no differences between Telangana Minister and MPs and main aim was to secure statehood for the region, MPs Ponnam Prabhakar, Gutta Sukhender Reddy said, adding, "We shall go accordingly."
