Cross-border trade and travel services between India and Pakistan are likely to resume from Poonch on Monday, reports quoting sources said.
The services were stopped following violence along the Line of Control (LoC) around three weeks ago.
Stranded passengers on both side of the LoC would be given priority when the services resume.
Tension escalated between the nuclear-armed neighbours when two Indian soldiers were killed and mutilated by alleged Pakistani troops near the LoC earlier this month.
Indian and Pakistani troops exchanged sweets at the Line on Control to mark India's Republic Day on Sunday, following tradition.
