Sensex down by 169.19 pts

The benchmark index of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) slipped today by 169.19 points to settle at 19,817.63 as selling pressure was seen across the board coupled with negative global cues, The Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) declined by 54.75 points to 6,001.85.
The Sensex registered the day's high and low at 20,009.36 and 19,783.02 points, respectively.
The Nifty registered the day's high and low at 6,055.95 and 5,992.05 points, respectively.
