Incredible India 2013 calender launched
Union Minister for Tourism K Chiranjeevi Tuesday launched the online Incredible India 2013 calendar published by the Ministry of Tourism.
The 2013 calender is based the theme 'Find What You Seek' as part of the Phase II of the Incredible India campaign, which was launched during World Travel Mart (WTM), London 2012.
The calendar captures varied Indian tourism products and covers a wide spectrum of Indian destinations.
The calendar bills India as a desitnation for "all reasons, for all seasons and for all".
The calendar can be viewed as on the Incredible India website www.incredibleindia.org.
In the calendar, the January month shows skiing in Gulmarg, the February depicts Bengal Tiger in Bandhavga, the month of March captures Scuba Diving in warm waters of Andaman to see corals.
The month of April brings to the fore a Double Decker root foot bridge in Cherrapunji, the month of May highlights Charminar of Hyderabad, the month of June takes the traveler to Buddhist Monks in Himalayas.
The month of July has the gorgeous Sun Temple of Konark, the month of August carries the Taj Mahal, the month of September takes the viewer to Mysore Palace in Karnataka.
The month of October showcases the Formula One race, the month of November carries the picture of beautiful Munnar of Kerala and the calendar ends with Desert of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan for December.
