Crude oil price: Indian Basket steady
New Delhi, Dec 27 (IBNS)
The international crude oil price for Indian Basket as computed/published on Thursday by the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas was same at USUSD 106.66/barrel (bbl) on Dec 26.
As prevailing on the previous trading day of Dec 24.
In rupee terms however, the crude oil price declined to Rs 5862.03/bbl on Dec 26 from Rs 5875.90/bbl on Dec 24 due to rupee appreciation.
Rupee dollar-exchange rate on Dec 26 was Rs 54.96/USUSD against Rs 55.09/USUSD on previous trading day of Dec 24.
